The project consists of six parcels, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41, each parcel consists of approximately 10,000 m2 podium, 4 residential buildings, consisting of 5 stories, each storey’s area is about 1,850 m2. The approximate built up area of one parcel is 47,000 m2.
