Scope :

The structural scope of the project focused primarily on reinforcement detailing for various structural elements. Tasks included preparing accuraterebar shop drawings for slabs, beams, columns, foundations, and other concrete components, in coordination with architectural and MEP layouts. The detailing process strictly followed SBC and ACI standards, ensuring clarity for site execution, reducing conflicts, and optimizing steel usage. the str of the project consist of retail , F&B , PUBLIC REALM , CINEMA , FEC , JUNIOR FEC , BOWLING , INDOOR ADVENTURE GOLF AND EDTANIMENT , E-KART , BLACK BOX AND CLIP CLIMB AND WELLNESS AND BOH -UTILITY BUILDING The architectural scope focused on the Standing Seam Roof system, which was modeled and delivered to LOD 500 supported by detailed shop drawings and close coordination with mechanical equipment to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
